This December, Level7 Rooftop Bar is transforming into Whoville for a festive day of cocktails, community, and giving back.

Join us for Rooftop WHO-liday, a heartwarming fundraising event benefiting the Raleigh Police Department Youth Services Program, which provides holiday gifts for local children and families in need.

• Live DJ spinning modern holiday favorites
• Themed décor: Whoville meets rooftop chic
• Signature “Grinch-tini” cocktails — $1 from each donated to the cause
• The Giving Tree — donate, personalize an ornament, and hang it on the tree
• Photo ops & festive moments throughout the rooftop and lounge
• Ambassador Recognition Ceremony honoring our Whoville Heroes
• Prizes & surprises throughout the afternoon (must be present to win)

Dress Code: Whoville glam or Grinch green encouraged 💚

2. The Giving Tree
Scan the QR code on-site to make your donation, then show your receipt to the bartender to receive an ornament to personalize and hang on the rooftop Giving Tree. By event night, the tree will shine with the generosity of our community.

3. The Grinch-tini
Order our festive holiday martini — featuring Grey Goose Vodka — and we’ll donate $1 from each sold between November 28–December 7 to the cause.

12:00 PM–6:00 PM: Rooftop festivities, cocktails, and giving activations
All Afternoon: DJ spinning holiday remixes, photo ops, and prize drawings
6:00 PM: Adults-only Grinchmas celebration begins

This is a free community event, but a donation is encouraged on-site to support the Youth Services Program.
