GRIMMACES er en innovativ fusion af samtidscirkus og teater i en genfortolkning af Brødrene Grimms originale, rå og ufiltrerede fortællinger.
Forestillingen forsøger på humoristisk vis at forstå og demontere sociale konstruktioner inden for køn og national identitet og undersøger hvordan folkeeventyr har været med til at påvirke vores opfattelse af de to sociale konstruktioner.

Reinterpretation of well-known folk tales – but not for children at all!
GRIMMACES is an innovative fusion of contemporary circus and theatre, in a reinterpretation of the Brothers Grimm’s original, raw and unfiltered tales.
The performance attempts to understand and dismantle social constructions within gender and national identity, in a humorous way and examines how folk tales have helped to influence our perception of the two social constructions.
