Come make pizza the warm-weather way - on the grill! In this fun and social class, we’ll make homemade dough (which you will take home to have on another night), homemade sauce and your favorite toppings (including onions, mushrooms, herbs, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and more.) You will use dough we prepared and allowed to rise on class night. Our resident pizza grill master (Paul Barrett) will walk you through the best techniques for cooking pizza on the grill, for a slightly charred, chewy crust that is an excellent addition to your pizza night rotation! We’ll also make a seasonal salad that pairs well with any pizza and a sweet, grilled dessert. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years and older.
