Join the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music for an evening dedicated to composer Grikor Mirzaian Suni. Organized by the Armenian Music Program, this concert will feature the VEM Ensemble under the directorship of Prof. Movses Pogossian, AMP mentors Vardan Baghdasaryan (kamancha), Hasmik Harutyunyan (voice), and Antranig Kzirian (oud), AMP voice fellow Lori Der Sahakian, AMP oud fellow Dr. Anoush Tamar Suni, and Dr. Sevan Suni on the violin. Special guest of the evening is Prof. Ronald Grigor Suny.
Like most of UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music’s programs, this event is FREE! Early arrival is recommended. Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.
