Day 1 – Thursday 10th October Morning Tea, Lunch & DinnerUp early we make our way to Echuca along the Murray River for our first stop for morning tea. A quick cuppa and stretch of the legs before we board the coach and make our way to Conargo NSW. We stop at the Conargo Hotel for lunch.
After a hearty lunch we board the coach again and make our way to Coleambally Wine Glass Water Tower.
A quick stop at the Coleambally Irrigation Co-Op Water Wheel Display before heading to Griffith for the next 6 nights.
Day -2- Friday 11th October Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
We start the day with a visit to the Griffith Tourism Hub to learn about this wonderful city.
We are then taken on a guided tour of the city by one of the local knowledgeable guides, giving insight into Griffiths rich history, recreational and scenic sites, as well as agricultural and manufacturing industries.
Our next stop is at Catania Fruit Salad Farm for a BBQ lunch and tour.
What better way to finish up the afternoon with a stop at Aisling Distillery. The family run business specialises in small batch premium Malt Whiskey, Rum, Vodka and Gin. (choice of either Gin tasting or Whiskey Tasting)

Day - 3 – Saturday 12th October Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch & Dinner
After a scrumptious breakfast we board the coach and make our way to Piccolo Family Farm for a tour and morning tea.
Next stop we head back into Griffith to continue our education at the Pioneer Park Museum.
After all the educational talks, we then make our way to DeBortelli Wines. Here we will taste some award wining red and white wines and explore the gardens. (tastings)
Day -4- Sunday 13th October Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Today we head to the local Rotary Markets for the morning. Here we have time to explore the local growers.
The next three stops will take us to three open gardens which are part of the Griffith Spring Fest. Enjoy wandering around three unique different styled gardens. (gardens TBA)
Next, we will have some free time to explore the Spring Fest and see more than 70 larger-than-life sculptures created with over 100,000 oranges and grapefruit along Banna Avenue, Griffith.
Day -5- Monday 14th October Breakfast and Dinner
A visit to Murrami and Leeton is on today’s agenda. Our first stop is a visit to the Rocking Horse Restoration Museum.
Moving onto Leeton, the Taste of Leeton Visitor Information Centre is next on the agenda. Here we will find out about the local produce of the area and enjoy a sample or two.
Before we head back to Griffith for the evening we will stop at the Lilly Pilly Estate in Leeton, a boutique winery, where we will be given a short talk about the winery and enjoy a few tastings of their wines.
Day -6- Tuesday 15th October Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Today we head down to Narrandera. Our first stop is at the John Lake Centre, Narrandera. Next up we head to the Sandhill Arctifacts. Here local Wiradjuri elder, Michael Lyons takes us for a tour of the local Wiradjuri heritage sites and history, teaches us the didgeridoo and demonstration on making traditional artifact.
After lunch, we head to Whitton to Southern Cotton Gin and be taken on an informative tour about the cotton industry and the ginning process. Indulge in a paddle tasting of beer or sample some spirits created from Voyager Malt, which is grown from the Barley in this area, or pick up a coffee as you wander around Lake Hulong, over swing bridges, under waterfalls and soak up the country air.
Day -7- Wednesday 16th October Breakfast & Lunch
Today we farewell Griffith and surrounds and start to make the journey home. But before we leave Griffith, we have one more stop at one of the magnificent gardens which are part of the Spring Fest. We have time to stroll the garden, enjoy our morning tea before boarding the coach.
We make our way to Deniliquin for our lunch stop at The Depot for all the motoring enthusiasts. With touches of Hollywood, trucking and transport, Australian motoring, rescue vehicles and cars from all around the world, The Depot is full of nostalgia and discovery.
We then continue our journey home…..
