Grief doesn’t only show up after death—it lives in the endings, transitions, heartbreaks, identity shifts, and everything we’ve had to hold space for. Grieve & Gather is a community dance and movement experience created for all of it. For your grief. Whatever shape it's taking right now.
This is not your typical grief gathering. This is a space to move, feel, release, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with joy.
✨ A release of what you’ve been holding—without judgment
No dance skills needed. Just bring yourself, your grief, and maybe a friend who needs this too.
💃🏽 Expect a blend of guided movement, freeform dance, and playful exercises that help you move what words can’t always express. Whether you want to sway gently, stomp it out, or just be in the energy of others—you’ll find space for it here.
📝 We’ll also have intentional moments of journal processing, reflection, and intention setting, so you can leave feeling not only lighter, but more grounded in what your grief is teaching you.
👯🏾♀️ Come solo or bring a friend, your sister, your uncle, your co-worker—grief is human, and everyone is welcome. We believe grieving together is a radical act of healing—and yes, we’ll have some fun while we’re at it.
