This 12-week GriefShare program focuses on important topics associated with the death of a loved one — a spouse, child, sibling or anyone dearly loved. Grieving individuals often struggle with emotions, decisions and questions for God — GriefShare offers a safe environment for exploring your loss with others who understand what you may be feeling. You will learn valuable information about dealing with the changes in your life and renewing your hope for the future with both practical and faith-based guidance. After opening in prayer, each week follows a similar format: 1) a video featuring nationally-respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, 2) small support group discussions, and 3) participant workbooks to be completed at home.
Join us for the first of two GriefShare programs in 2025: Tuesdays, January 21, 2025 - April 8, 2025 from 1 - 3 pm in the Woodridge Lighthouse/Cafe.
