Grief yoga is an invitational class taught on a mat or chair, with variations provided to accommodate every level.No experience is needed. It's not about flexibility or strength but about emotional liberation.
This practice blends different branches of yoga with movement, breath, stillness, and sound to help you discover where you may be holding pain in your body.
You will be encouraged to express this pain in more empowering ways and release what no longer serves you—not to get stuck in the struggles of everyday life.
Releasing your emotions through the cycles of transformative yoga can provide many benefits, such as:
