Grief and sorrow are inevitable. They enter our lives in many ways, through significant losses like death and divorce or through the cumulative losses that occur in daily life. Amidst the noise and business of our existence, taking the time to work through our grief or creating space to transform through our experienced sorrow can be difficult. This course aims to give participants that time and space.This course will take place over three weekends from the 30th of March until the 13th of April. We will meet on Sunday afternoons and spend two hours at a time together. If you need to tend to your sorrow or support someone grieving, this course is for you.
