Through nurturing practices, compassionate trauma-informed support, and expert-facilitated healing sessions, the Grief to Grace Retreat for Mothers will provide you with more space to breathe, to feel, to honor the movement and needs of your grief, to connect with other women who understand and can support you, and pave the way for a tender "Mothering the Mother" type reset for your own heart as you navigate both the holiday season and this season of your life.Set in a gorgeous small historic town (straight out of a Hallmark movie), you'll be met with a welcomed feeling, and the tranquility and zen of nature and silence that New Harmony provides.
Walk to the delicious local coffee shop where all the locals are known by name, just a couple blocks from where you'll call home during the retreat.
This is your opportunity to heal your heart and release the suffering attached to the loss and/or significant life-change you're going through (and/or you've been avoiding dealing with for however long)... directly, intimately, and gently in an experienced environment rooted in Compassion, Respect, and the Unconditional.
You'll get to know what it feels like to find solace and harmony in the company of other mothers who resonate with your experiences and feelings, creating a foundation of sisterhood and connection, the freedom of no longer feeling "alone in this," and the potential for new life-long bonds.
Is this Retreat right for me?
This retreat is right for you if:
- You are a mother of any season experiencing grief from any significant loss, be it a child, a loved one, a relationship, a parent, or a significant life change.
- You share this grief with your spouse or partner. Still, as a couple, you are handling it/processing it differently, leaving you feeling isolated and unable to talk/heal with your partner on the level you need and want to... (the one person who can understand what you're going through).
- You NEED a safe space to release, cry, and connect with others who won't pity you, guilt you, shame you, or get uncomfortable around you because of your loss/thing you are grieving.
- The holidays are a hard time for you because you lack family, support, and loved ones around you. You need and desire more warmth and connection, especially this time of year.
- The holidays are a hard time for you because you lack understanding and support (in the ways you need) from the family surrounding you, and this time of year, that void or lack is especially noticeable and triggering.
- You are a mother seeking support and understanding in your grief journey and don't feel like you have that right now in your daily life in the ways you know you need and want.
You are looking for a peaceful, safe, and supportive environment to reflect, heal, and maybe even uncover deeper layers of purpose to direct this line of grief.
- You want to nurture your heart and mind for the holiday season so you can show up with more balance, grounding, and inner peace.
- You are open to participating 100% in guided healing sessions, nurturing practices with other women who need this, and your presence in their journey.
- You've always wanted to experience staying in a Hallmark movie setting like New Harmony, Indiana, for a weekend during the holiday season.
