Tending to Grief: Herbs, Ritual & Community with Claire Bonin (Marked by a Witch) & Maïa Mercure (Between Realms)Grief lives in the mind, the body, and the spirit. It is both deeply personal and profoundly universal. This winter, we invite you to gather in community to tend to your grief with care, gentleness, and ritual.
Each 2.5-hour workshop offers a blend of herbal wisdom, gentle embodiment, and sacred space for reflection and renewal.
Together, we will:
🌿 Learn about supportive herbs for navigating grief — exploring the ways herbs can facilitate our connection to grief through both phytochemistry and tradition (with Claire Bonin, Dip.Phyt.).
💧 Tend to the emotional and somatic layers of grief through guided discussion and grounding practices (with Maïa Mercure, Death Doula & Reiki Master).
🔥 Participate in guided ritual to honour loss and open to alchemy.
Grief takes many forms — it may arise after the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, a change in health, a shift in identity, or the quiet transitions that mark the passing of time. However it appears, grief asks to be witnessed and held. This series welcomes all expressions of loss and offers space to meet them with compassion, reverence, and community support.
