Grief is a normal reaction to loss. When a loved one dies, we may experience a mix of painful feelings including loneliness, guilt, and emptiness. Grief is a healing process that moves us toward feeling whole again. While there are universal experiences to the process, each one of us grieves in our own unique way. Grief support groups offer an opportunity to meet with others who are experiencing a loss. Sharing with others can help to lessen the feelings of isolation and pain. They can help you know you are not alone. Accessibility
