Circle of Life offers a six-week grief support group open to any adult grieving the loss of a loved one through death. Groups are limited to 5 to 10 participants to allow for a community of support to be built. Participants can expect to connect with others, share stories and experiences, and explore their own unique grief journey.
Topics discussed include common responses to grief, the adjustment and transition of life after loss, getting through the "firsts," and starting the healing process.
