About this Event
Grief is a normal process of life, which we experience when we are grieving the loss of a loved one, or a non-death loss such as grieving difficult life transitions, loss of one's sense of self, and other anticipatory losses. At times, grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to walk this journey alone. Join our Grief Support Group for a compassionate environment where you can find solace, support, and tools for living with grief.
