This two-hour gathering will include:
- Warm welcome + grounding tea ritual
- Guided reflection with a licensed therapist
- Vision board activity focused on gentle manifestation, self-compassion, and renewal
- Group sharing and closing reflection
You're invited to bring a photo, object, or memento that connects you to your loved one (optional).
