Grief can feel isolating, disorienting, and heavy, especially in a world that often expects us to “just get over it.” The Solace Grief Support Group offers a compassionate and welcoming space to pause, breathe, and be witnessed exactly as you are 🤍
There is no pressure to share, no timeline to follow, and no expectation to arrive with answers.
✨ This week, we are honored to welcome Rachelle and Taylor from Brain Energy, who will gently guide us through simple, grounding EMDR-based techniques designed to support the nervous system and help the body process grief and stress in a safe, accessible way. No prior experience is needed.
Together, we hold space for conversation, reflection, quiet presence, and connection. 🌱 Grief is not something that is easy to fix, it is something that we must tend. Here, you are invited to lay down what you’ve been carrying, even if just for a moment 🕊️
