We’re launching two incredible support groups that are here to help you heal and move forward and are completely free:

💬 Ideal for anyone experiencing grief or life challenges
💬 Residents of Alma estate, parents, carers, and families welcome
Starting from Thursday, 8th January:
Chakra Cleanse: 7pm-8 pm ( Guided physical class)
Journaling & Support: 8pm-9 pm (We provide you with a journal)
Starting from Wednesday, 14th January:
One-on-One Support: 10am-11am
Journaling & Support: 11am-12 pm
