This workshop invites you to sit with your grief and meet it with tenderness. Through movement, breath, stillness, and reflective writing, we’ll explore how to support mental health and nurture unconditional self-love in the presence of loss and change. This workshop is for you if you:
- Are prioritising your mental and emotional wellbeing
- Are seeking strategies to support healing and inner resilience
- Are ready to meet grief with curiosity, compassion, and care
We’ll move through:
- Asana – gentle yoga postures to release tension and reconnect with the body
- Pranayama – breathwork to soothe the nervous system and invite clarity
- Meditation – guided stillness to witness and welcome what arises
- Journaling – reflective prompts to help process emotions and deepen self-awareness
