Grief can be especially difficult during the holidays. Come learn strategies that will help you cope with the holidays. This is a seminar led by Licensed Therapist and owner of Renewal Counseling Centers, Ruth Mote. Ruth has experience from helping the bereaved at hospice to leading one of Baldwin county’s grief support groups for several years. This time is designed to assist you in navigating the holidays through your grief.
