The Grief Labyrinth is a Ceremony to hold sacred the Journey and Reconciliation of one’s dance with Grief.
Have you ever experienced the heaviness of grief, and felt shock and isolation? have you been uncertain of where to go and what to do with the grief you've experienced? Does the desire to be witnessed and held in your grief, along with witnessing and holding others in their grief speak to you?
This gathering is a circle which holds the awareness around Grief. An opportunity to share experiences with Grief. An opportunity to transmute and process those experiences through:
> Breath work
> Drumming
> Story telling
The sharing of that dance has the capacity to ripple out and touch others with wisdom and compassion. A ceremony to gather and listen, and to emanate the most beautiful light from the heart space.
Most simply, there is a yearning to honor the path of Grief amongst others, and the understanding that being witnessed on your own path by a loving container has the potential to be extremely supportive to one’s healing evolution.
The Journey, reconciliation, and celebration of one with grief is personal and unique.
The intention is to honor and deepen the journey and relationship with grief, to be held and to hold in community. A solid vibration of respect, reverence, gratitude, and love. as well as, a willingness to witness and be witnessed is all that you need.
