Using a psycho-spiritual framework and philosophy informed by over 500 hypnotic regressions and years of research, this retreat invites you to explore life’s transitions as opportunities for growth, new paradigms, healing, and deeper understanding with 18 participants for an intimate experience.

What to Expect�:
Our program weaves together expert facilitation, guidance, education, and reflective practices:
1. Opening Movement: Connect with your body and energy in a grounding session led by Devi and Dave, energy integrative, tantric practitioners, experienced energy space holders and sound healers. @kundalini_yoga_southwest
2. Psycho-Spiritual Perspectives on Grief: An interactive discussion with facilitators Chelsea and Boris @boriswalterofficial on cultural, scientific, psychological and spiritual understandings of endings.
3. Hypnotic Journey: Uncover the layers of grief and transitions with Boris as he guides you to feel the layers of stored attachments.
4. Sound Healing Ceremony: Conclude the hypnotic journey with a restorative sound journey, integrating the day’s experiences.
5. Integrative Discussion: With the heart open and thinking with more clarity, discuss new ideas, revelations, and experiences.
6. Nourishment: We will also share vegan meal (lunch) prepared by an experienced nutritionist @themindbodynutritionist.
