This is a workshop designed for those who have experienced loss to have an intentional space to acknowledge how grief may impact the holidays and all the expectations that come with them.
Attendees will be affirmed in developing a plan for managing their grief during this time. Attendees will be encouraged to develop a creative plan B to have on hand if needed.
