About this Event
Grief has touched all of us, whether through personal loss, the division we continue to see in the world, or the challenges our communities face. It is a heavy weight to carry, often leaving us feeling isolated in our pain—but the truth is, grief isn’t something we’re meant to face alone. We need each other.
Community is essential to the grieving process—healing begins to unfold when we are witnessed and supported by others. In coming together, we create space for our stories to be shared and felt; We learn how to simultaneously hold the uniqueness of our grief with the grief of those around us, finding comfort in the collective.
Join Registered Psychotherapist Ashley Brodeur and Jessica Flaman for this special in-person gathering. We will begin with gentle movement, and supportive touch, followed by active breathwork to release. We will then gather and share, and hold space for one anothers grief.
When: November 9th 3:30-5:30 pm

Things we grieve, apart from death:
- Break-up or divorce
- Loss of a job or career change
- Loss of freedom and choice
- Losing a home
- An absent or estranged parent
- A disconnection from nature
- The childhood we deserved but did not get
- Who we used to be before a traumatic event
- Fertility/infertility challenges
- A diagnosis or declining health
- An aging parent or pet
- Not living the life we’d hoped for
