About this Event
Soothe your mind, body, spirit, & environment with an evening of nourishment, herbs, community, & heart centered practices that support grief and emotional resilience.
This will be deeply healing for anyone who has experienced grief, heartache, or the loss of a loved one recently. It is open to anyone dealing with the loss of anything or anyone. We will grieve for ourselves, the earth, society, and anything else being held in our hearts.
This will be an opportunity to process emotions and allow it all to move through with the alchemical fire mandala, tapping into your heart's deep power, your plant allies, and the support of community. Whether you are ready to release or not, this circle will hold space for you at any stage of grieving and any form of grief.

Vanessa Sangha is a Clinical Herbalist, Functional Dietitian, Tantric Practitioner, and Heart Alchemy Coach. She is deeply passionate about supporting leaders who struggle with grief, heart ache, anxiety, and chronic pain.
