Come and join us to talk and connect with others who have all experienced bereavement and loss. Grief can be a very lonely space and being able to speak with others or even just be with others can be really comforting and helpful.You are welcome to come on your own or bring someone with you. We are here to offer some friendship, a listening ear along with tea, coffee and cake. We also have tissues if needed! There is no pressure to talk about your loss if you don’t want to, you can just sit and enjoy the company and cake.
I will be on hand to help and support and if needed, give you some useful tools to understand and manage your feelings.
This is no charge for this although donations are always welcome.
