AuthoraCare Collective's Grief Support and Counseling Center will present Grief & Loss for Adults and Children, a one-hour workshop, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Lusk Education Center, 2501 Summit Ave., Greensboro. This workshop is designed to provide information, understanding and resources around grief and loss. Adults will attend an information session led by a facilitator, focusing on healthy ways to process grief, support loved ones and access local resources. At the same time, children will take part in a guided activity designed to help them explore feelings and coping in a safe, age-appropriate way. This event is free and open to the community.
