Over the summer, the focus for grief related events was nature therapy. As we move into the colder months, the focus will shift to art therapy. Many people find themselves really missing their loved ones on the other side as the holidays approach. I'm offering a holiday series of art events, to help transmute some heavy energy through creativity and connection. 🎨🫶Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, and whether your loss was human or furry, all are welcome at these healing events. ❤️💚
The first event will be held on 11/22 at the Crooked Branch in West Pittston. At this event, we'll decorate wooden memory boxes, as well as "pennies from heaven" jars. The memory boxes are large enough to hold photos and other keepsakes, as a way to honor the special memories. The coin jars are to help bring into our awareness the signs of our loved ones continued presence. 💫
Participants are encouraged to connect with potential new support persons at these events, but quiet participation is also honored. 🫶
All art and grief holiday events will be priced affordably at $55. Must pre-register by messaging, texting or emailing.
