About this Event
Grief touches every part of our lives — not only when we lose a loved one, but also through changes in relationships, identity, health, and even the loss of a pet. However grief shows up for you, you deserve a safe and compassionate space to process it — while also preparing for the future with clarity and peace of mind.
Join us for Grief & Legacy Planning, a special 2.18 Vision Grief Gathering designed to support individuals and families navigating loss while learning helpful tools for end-of-life and legacy planning. This experience will blend emotional support with empowering education so you can move forward with confidence, intention, and love.
During this gathering, participants will engage in:
• Guided conversations about grief and healing in a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space
• Practical education on legacy planning, including wills, estate planning, advance healthcare directives, and important documents
• Resources to help organize your wishes and ensure your loved ones are supported
• Reflection activities to honor those you’ve lost and explore what legacy means to you
This gathering recognizes that preparing for the future is one of the greatest gifts we can leave behind — clarity, security, and peace for those we love.
2.18 Vision’s grief gatherings are supportive spaces designed to honor the emotional realities of loss while strengthening resilience and community connection.
This program is proudly supported by the Port of Long Beach, whose commitment to community wellness and resilience makes gatherings like this possible.
Whether you are grieving, planning ahead, supporting someone through loss, or simply curious about how to better prepare — you are welcome here.
