Michael, who has facilitated numerous Nexus Gridwork offerings, will guide you through this excursion where we will activate and harmonize powerful energy points, support collective healing, and activate multidimensional connections with the land and the stars.

- Walking and exploring: The excursion will involve light walking and energy activation in and around the State Capitol. Prepare to engage directly with the energetic landscape, grounding, and expanding your own personal gridwork.
- Powerful group energy: As part of the group, you will contribute to the collective activation and experience a deep, supportive flow of energetic exchange. Each participant plays a key role in the expansion of the grid.
- Activation of earth energy points: You’ll connect with the earth’s grid and activate important nodes within the Capitol area, strengthening our collective energetic field while deepening your connection with the land and its history.

- Comfortable shoes for walking: We'll be exploring the area, so wear sturdy, comfortable shoes for walking.
- Weather-appropriate clothing: The excursion will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly to the weather (layers are always a good idea in the spring).
- Water: Stay hydrated—bring a water bottle with you.
- Small crystals or rocks: Bring small crystals or rocks that you'd like to contribute to the activation of the land. This is an opportunity to connect your personal energy with the Earth’s grid and offer these items as part of the activation process.
- An open heart: Come prepared to engage fully with the experience and connect with the energy of the Capitol’s grid.
