Grid Hybrid x Hype
A vibrant new event series designed to bring people together and build connections, strengthen community and align on shared goals through Hybrid training.
Join us on Saturday, April 5th at 7:30am for an exclusive HYBRID workout brought to you by GRID Hybrid @ Max Potential Fitness.
Your ticket includes entry to the gym for the HYBRID team workout, Goodies from LSKD, Bulk Nutrients will be offering live tastings of a range of products and we'll have videography and photography to capture your best shots.
About the workout:
- Teams of FOUR - you may sign up solo and we will place you in a team on the day.
- Teams do not need to be mixed.
- One ticket = one entry. e.g team of four must purchase four tickets.
- The workout will be a 'hybrid' style workout and will not be released until the day.
- Workout movements are Functional - there is no specific skill acquisition required, however it is recommended that you are a 'confident' gym go-er in the functional space.
- There will be running - it is recommended that you are comfortable with running 3-4km distances.
- Finally, the length of the workout will be approximately 70-90 minutes, dependent on abilities.
