Summer time is the best to try trails. Please join us at stunning Shakespear Regional Park for a trail walk or run with GRG. This is a great opportunity to connect with the running community, try trails or get some training kms in.
Meeting at the main car park at 8.50am for a meet and great, briefing etc. Bring your water bottle, supplies you might need, jacket if it is cold or raining and trail shoes advised.
All welcome, kids, family and friends.
More info will come out about our route but we generally try to keep it to 5-6kms. WALK OR RUN.
