You are invited to join us for our 88th Annual Meeting of Members! GreyStone will host a DRIVE-THRU meeting, allowing members to attend without disrupting busy family schedules.Here are some important things we think you should know about this year's event:
- The event will last from 8-10 a.m. Gates will close at 10 a.m.
- Members will be allowed to enter the event through the Highway 92 access road and Ridge Road entrance. The primary member entrance (at the intersection of Pine Valley Road) will NOT provide an access to the Annual Meeting. Please follow the signs.
- Members needing to make payments will still be able to access the payment kiosk in the drive-thru area from the main entrance at the red light of Highway 92 and Pine Valley Road.
- Attendees are required to stay inside their vehicles at all times.
REGISTRATION:
- In order to simplify registration, members can bring their personalized QR Code, found in the label on the cover of the October Georgia Magazine or in the September eConnect newsletter, to access the new Fast Pass registration lane.
- Please have photo ID ready.
- You cannot register for someone not in attendance or if you are not a member of GreyStone Power. You will be asked to exit the line if registration requirements are not met.
DOOR PRIZES:
- ONLY members (account holders) may register for the door prizes, including the grand prize truck. ONLY members or their spouses may receive a gift for attending. Gifts are not available for members that do not attend and register. You must be present to receive gift.
- All registered members will have the opportunity to win the grand prize, a 2014 FORD F150 Supercab 4X4 truck retired from the co-op’s fleet. This prize will be drawn first so that everyone has an equal opportunity.
- The grand prize and door prize winners will be notified within one week of event via contact information on their account. Please make sure all of your account information is accurate.
