Meet your potential forever ‘hound at the GAP Adoption Day. With their social, friendly natures Greyhounds make wonderful companions and suit a variety of homes. GAP can’t wait to welcome future adopters to our Southern River facility to meet our gorgeous greyhounds. This event will be run with three pre-booked one-hour timeslots; 9am, 10am, and 11am.
To secure your place at the Adoption Day book a free ticket through EventBrite and submit an Adoption Application.
Quick Facts:
Most greyhounds only need one or two 20-minute walks per day.
Greyhounds can sleep for up to 20 hours a day.
While they all have their own personality, Greyhounds are generally affectionate and human-orientated dogs.
Our standard adoption fee is $200, but a $150 is offered for successful adoptions at this event.
