Duncan, winemaker at Kay Brothers since 2015 and an award-winning maker of grenache, will explain how he creates the fine handcrafted wines for which Kay Brothers is known. Massi, from Massi Handcrafted, will share the time-honoured methods of producing his renowned artisan cured meats. You will also learn the art of serving salumi and discover how to create pairings that enhance both wine and salumi.
