Meanjin/Naarm based indie dream pop band gregory announce their upcoming single ‘Friend of a Friend’, and to celebrate its release the four-piece will bring their dynamic live show to Felons Barrel Hall on Friday 8th November. While gregory as a project draws comparison to genre-greats such as Julia Jacklin, Big Thief & The Cure, their new track ‘Friend of a Friend’ is a definite nod towards the groups' psychedelic influences. Expect sugary fuzzed-out guitars, slick drums, an effortless bass groove and captivating, ethereal vocals by front woman, Meggan.gregory will be supported by Spring Hill Walkers Club, the project from Meanjin based artist Keziah Davies. Taking inspiration from acts like Soccer Mommy and Snail Mail, the self-professed sad indie singer revels in melancholy on their 2021 debut EP 'Panic Attack', shining a light on her experience with anxiety, depression and heartbreak. Spring Hill Walkers Club will be bringing new material to their show at Felons Barrell Hall - something not to be missed.
