This is an invitation to be human in movement together.
Welcoming a span of ages, we meet ourselves and each other in a judgement free zone. Wether you twirl with ballet pirouettes, crawl like a tiger, or shake your booty... all movement is welcome. The dj will take us through an hour long container of transformation. This is a wordless hour where we listen to and speak with our bodies guided by meditative and tribal music leading us into a cacophony of funk.
It's a wellness party offering opportunities to grow. Instead of a hangover, you will be ready to face tomorrow feeling more clear.
The doors open at 6:30.
This is time to settle in, sign in, and get warmed up.
Say hi to friends but keep the vibe chill as we enter the pre-curser for our silent dance.
Wear comfortable clothing.
7:00 We will open with a circle of intention explaining the format, stating intention, and welcoming everyone. We will shut the doors to the outside for one hour to dance deeply and find our rhythm. This is a one hour transformation chamber that will close with a sound bath.
8:30 Closing circle.
After the circle has been closed, we can hang out in community on or off the dance floor as the music continues.
