About this Event
This quarter, instead of our usual partner meeting, we invite you to join us for a Resilient Food Systems Action Planning Session on Friday, May 2 from 10am-2pm.
This session is a follow-up to the Resilient Food Systems focus groups and interviews that many of you participated in this March. Our research team will be sharing key findings from those discussions and leading us through an action planning process to prioritize the next steps needed to strengthen our local food system against natural disasters. Your insights and engagement are crucial as we move from conversation to action!
Whether you're a food pantry, food access partner, farmer, distributor, community leader, or advocate, your voice and expertise are vital.
This is not just about creating a plan; it’s about building something together that can stand up to any disaster and ensure everyone has access to food when they need it most. This is your chance to take ownership of this process, collaborate with others from across the food system, and shape the future of food security in our region. Together, we will ensure that no one is left behind in times of crisis.
Lunch will be provided.
