6:30 PM - Doors open for registration
7-8 pm Workshop 1: Carolina Shag Footwork for West Coast Swing
Explore the smooth, syncopated rhythms of Carolina Shag and learn how to blend its classic footwork into your West Coast Swing. This workshop will break down fundamental shag patterns and show you how to seamlessly layer them into your WCS styling and transitions.
8-9 pm Workshop 2: Swing Footwork for Shag Dancers
Take your shag dancing to the next level by integrating dynamic West Coast Swing footwork. We'll focus on key swing rhythms and techniques that enhance your shag foundation, helping you create more expressive and versatile movement on the floor.
9 pm - 12 am - Social Dance your heart out to West Coast Swing, Shag and more with music by DJ, All-Star Dancer and Instructor Anthony DeRosa
