Price: $30/session for monthly members who pre-register | $35/drop-ins.
Indulge in an unforgettable yoga experience led by our certified yoga instructors, Carly from Unite Your Soul Yoga, and Kristy Brooks, and meet our adorable goats!
Plus, $$$ from each class will be donated to Valley Animal Rescue in support of our community's furry friends!
A few things to keep in mind when attending goat yoga: Wear your hair up and dress in clothes you don't mind getting chewed on or dirty! Bring your own yoga mat (or use ours—just a heads up, goats may step on, nibble, or even leave little surprises on it! ) Water bottles and snacks will be available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own!
