The City of Greenfield has joined together with the Hancock County Arts Council, Main Street, Tourism, and the community foundation to develop a comprehensive (or at least coordinated) approach to public arts and culture. Past plans for downtown have called for an art plan and projects. A lot of amazing things have happened as a result, yet Greenfield doesn’t have a district or that plan. We are going to change that. Today is the start.
