🐝 Tap into your inner eco-artisan at our Beeswax Wrap Workshop this Green Week! During this hands-on experience you'll be crafting your very own beeswax wraps for sustainable food preservation which you can take home with you! All supplies will be provided, so you can dive right into the world of eco-friendly food storage. Beeswax wraps are a sustainable alternative to plastic wrap, and by making your own, you'll not only reduce waste but also take home a practical, reusable creation.🗓 Date: 26th September, 2024
⏰ Time: 1:00pm - 2:00pm AND 4:00pm - 5:00pm (students may attend one of the two available sessions)
📍 Location: UNSA Building, Callaghan Campus
Fun fact: Beeswax wraps are made from a piece of fabric, usually cotton, that's coated in a blend of beeswax, resin (such as pine resin), and a plant-based oil (like jojoba oil).
