This free CPD training is funded by West of England Mayoral Combined Authority as part of the Green Futures Project Green Futures Project - West of England Combined Authority
We are a local charity with over 10 years experience in working with young people.
Training is for green employers of all sizes, providing support and advice on how to engage young people in the workplace.
We will include advice on:
* Light-touch engagement – volunteering, mock interviews etc.
* Offering workplace visits
*Creative approaches to offering work experience
* How to develop an engaging activity
* Recruiting and supporting apprentices, and more!
