About this Event

The Green Lunch Series will delve into topics such as energy, food security, equity and gender, smart growth, land use, transportation, materials, and emerging innovations. Through engaging speakers, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, we aim to explore the positive future envisioned by millions worldwide, with a keen focus on local perspectives and solutions.

Please join us on Tuesday, February 10th from 12:00PM-1:00PM at the Athens Public Library in their large conference room.

A discussion with Athens Rethink Plastics, a community group addressing the health and environmental impacts of plastic by sharing education, actionable solutions, and collaborative approaches to reduce plastic use with residents, businesses, and policy-makers.
