Within the vastness of the natural world, every element from plants and animals to the wind, rain, rivers, oceans, forests, and mountains has its own voice and stories to tell.
Yet, in today’s bustling urban life, we are often overwhelmed by countless noises and distractions. We rarely get the chance to hear the gentle whispers of nature anymore.
That’s why this year’s Green Festival 2025, themed “Whisper of Nature,” invites you to reconnect with the natural world to rediscover and listen to what we’ve forgotten, and to find harmony once again with the environment around us.
This festival is uniquely designed as a creative and interactive space where participants can experience the whispers of nature through art, music, and youth participation. “Whisper of Nature” also symbolises the wisdom and reminders that the Earth and the environment continue to share with us.
The Green Festival, held annually, is an environmental celebration co-organised by Kokkoya Organics and Prevent Plastics+. For the past two years, it has been hosted under different environmental themes, and this year, several youth members from YEAH (Youth for Environmental Action and Hope) have also joined the organising team.
🌿 What’s in plan for this year’s festival?
The Green Festival 2025 will feature a range of inspiring workshops, innovative competitions, and creative programs designed to spark imagination and environmental awareness. Participants will have the chance to learn, create, and express their own ideas about nature and sustainability alongside other youth.

“Green Festival 2025: သဘာဝရဲ့ တီးတိုးစကား”
နေ့စဥ်နဲ့အမျှ သဘာဝဆီကလာတဲ့ ပြောကြားသံတွေကို ကြားမိပါသလား?
သဘာဝဆီမှ အသံတွေကို အချိန်ပေးပြီး ဂရုတစိုက် နားထောင်ဖူးပါသလား?
သဘာဝတရားကြီးထဲမှာ သူတို့လည်း သူတို့ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင်အသံတွေ၊ ပြောချင်တာတွေ ရှိပါတယ်။ ဂေဟစနစ်အားလုံးထဲက သက်ရှိအပင်နှင့် တိရစ္ဆာန်လေးများရဲ့အသံ၊ လေညှင်းလေးတွေရဲ့ အသံ၊ မိုးအသံ၊ မြစ်ချောင်း နှင့် ပင်လယ်တွေထဲက အသံ၊ သစ်တော ဒါမှမဟုတ် တောင်တွေရဲ့ အသံ စတဲ့ သဘာဝ အတွင်းကအသံများစွာရှိပါတယ်။
ဒါပေမဲ့ ယနေ့ခေတ်မြို့ပြမှာ ကိုယ့်ဆီကို တိုက်ရိုက်ခတ်လာတဲ့ မွမ်းကြပ်စရာကောင်းပြီး များပြားသော ဆူညံသံ အမျိုးမျိုး နှင့် အနှောက်အယှက်သံတွေကိုသာ အလွန်တရာ ကြားလာရပြီး သဘာဝဆီက ပြောကြားသံနဲ့ သူတို့လေးတွေရဲ့ တီးတိုးစကားလေးတွေကိုတော့ တကယ်ပဲ မကြားရတော့ပါဘူး။
ဒါ့ကြောင့် ဒီနှစ် Green Festival 2025 “သဘာဝရဲ့ တီးတိုးစကား” နဲ့အတူ ကိုယ့်ဘဝထဲမှာ ပျောက်ကွယ်နေသော သဘာဝထဲကအရာများကို ပြန်လည်ရှာဖွေသတိပြုကာ နားထောင်ပေးရင်း သဘာဝနဲ့ ပြန်လည်ချိတ်ဆက်နိုင်မယ့် အခွင့်အရေးရှိပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကြေညာလိုက်ရပါတယ်။
ဒီပွဲမှာတော့ အထူးတလည် သဘာဝမှ တိုးထွက်လာတဲ့ တီးတိုးစကားသံတွေကို ကိုယ်ပိုင်တီထွင်ဖန်တီးမှု၊ အနုပညာနှင့် ဂီတတွေအပြင် လူငယ်တွေရဲ့ အသံ၊ လက်တွေ့ပါဝင်မှုတွေကို တစ်ပြိုင်တည်း သိရှိပါဝင် ခံစားနိုင်မယ့် နေရာလေးဖြစ်အောင် အထူးတလည် ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။ သဘာဝရဲ့ တီးတိုးစကား ဆိုတဲ့အတိုင်း ကမ္ဘာမြေ၊ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကနေ မိမိတို့ကို ပြောပြနေတဲ့ အသိ၊သတိ၊ ပြောစကားများစွာကိုလည်း ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါတယ်။
နှစ်စဥ်လုပ်ဖြစ်နေတဲ့ Green Festival ဆိုတာကတော့ Kokkoya Organics နဲ့ Prevent Plastics+ မှ ပူးပေါင်းစီစဉ်တဲ့ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဆိုင်ရာပွဲတော်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ယခင်ကလည်း မတူညီတဲ့ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဆိုင်ရာခေါင်းစဉ်များနဲ့ (၂) နှစ်တိုင်တိုင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပြီး ယခုနှစ်မှာတော့ YEAH (Youth for Environmental Action and Hope) မှ လူငယ်အချို့လည်း ပါဝင်စီစဉ်ထားကြောင်းကိုလည်း မိတ်ဆက်လိုက်ရပါတယ်။

ဒီနှစ် Green Festival မှာဆိုရင် စိတ်ဝင်စားဖို့ကောင်းတဲ့ Workshops များနှင့် ဆန်းသစ်သော ပြိုင်ပွဲများအပြင် ထူးခြားဆန်းပြားသော အစီအစဥ်များပါဝင်မှာဖြစ်ပြီး လူငယ်တွေနှင့်အတူ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဆိုင်ရာ အသိပညာတွေ၊ လာရောက် ပါဝင်သူတွေရဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင် ဖန်တီးမှုတွေ နဲ့ စိတ်ကူးစိတ်သန်းပေါင်းများစွာကိုလည်း ယခု Green Festival မှာ စုံစုံလင်လင်နဲ့ မြင်တွေ့လို့ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့ကြောင့် ပွဲတော်ကို ကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက်ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲရင်း သဘာဝရဲ့ တီးတိုးစကားများကို နားထောင်ဖို့ ဖိတ်ခေါ်လိုက်ရပါတယ်။
ဒီ Green Featival ကို စိတ်ဝင်စားတဲ့သူတိုင်းအတွက်လည်း မကြာခင်မှာ ကိုယ်တိုင်ပါဝင်နိုင်မယ့် Activities အသေးစိတ်များနှင့် ပွဲအတွက် Volunteer များလည်းခေါ်ဦးမှာဖြစ်တာကြောင့် မပျက်မကွက် စောင့်ကြည့်ပေးကြပါဦးနော်။
