We'll be roasting Hatch Green Chile on-site in our big chile roaster. Customers can purchase fresh roasted chile in gallon size bags - ready to take home and prepare or freeze! Bring a box, bag, or cooler to transport your roasted chile. You'll have the option to buy a full sack as well.

New Mexico pistachios (garlic & green chile, red chile, and xtra hot red chile) available for purchase. These will be straight from "Heart of the Desert" pistachios in Las Cruces, NM.
Lil' Sprout Station (our kids' area) will be stocked with fresh succulents for kids to plant free, as always.
