Hispanic Festival, Inc. will be presenting the Greater St. Louis Hispanic Festival at Soulard Park, 7th and Lafayette Ave. next to Soulard Farmers Market. The event will take place on Friday, September 20 from 10:00am to 10:00pm, Saturday, September 21 from 10:00am to 10:00pm and on Sunday, September 22 from 11:00am to 8:00pm. Various features to this year’s festival include:
• Live Latino Bands
• Authentic Foods
• Folkloric Dancers
• Hispanic Crafts
• Los Niños Kids Corner
• Information booths
One of the Fair’s purposes is to celebrate the common heritage of Hispanic nations particularly because of the rise of the Hispanic population in the greater St. Louis area. The funds raised are used to fund scholarships distributed to college-bound students and underprivileged children.
We invite the entire St. Louis community, both Hispanic and non-Hispanic, to come and share in this festive weekend celebration of fun and fiesta for the whole family. Admission is free.
