About this Event
Join Professor Olivier Peronnet to discover the unique characteristics of Northern France, from the crisp, mineral-driven whites of the Loire to the aromatic and rich varietals of Alsace. Enjoy guided tastings of iconic wines while learning about the history, culture, and winemaking traditions that shape these remarkable regions. By the end of the class, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for the artistry behind Northern French wines and the stories they tell.
Fox School of Wine invites you to a fun-filled, guided wine tasting on Main Street. Executive Sommelier and Fox School of Wine Headmistress, Kirsten Fox, and her Wine Professors will present a well-paced tasting of five, approachable, under-$40 hidden gem wines that you may have overlooked in the aisles at your local liquor store.
You'll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, food pairing ideas... plus our signature Blind Tasting Challenge, when we pour you a taste of a wine you've already explored in class to see if you can guess which one it is.
Don't we all deserve a little recess time?
