Join Melksham's Great British Spring Clean 2025!Melksham Town Council and the Melksham Bloomers are thrilled to participate in the Great British Spring Clean 2025, part of the national Keep Britain Tidy campaign. This is a fantastic chance for the community to come together and tidy up our shared spaces.
The clean-up will take place on Sunday, 6 April 2025, from13:00 to 15:00, focusing on Melksham’s four wards. Volunteers can meet at these hubs:
South Ward: Melksham Town Hall, Market Place
Forest Ward: The Pig and Whistle, Woodrow Road
North Ward: Leekes, Beanacre Road
East Ward: The Water Meadow, Verbena Court
Equipment will be provided, and local organisers will guide the efforts.
In 2024, over 400,000 bags of litter were collected nationwide by amazing #LitterHeroes. Let’s build on that success in 2025 and make Melksham’s parks and streets cleaner and more welcoming for everyone.
