Race Description
Southern Singletrack Trail Series is thrilled to announce the 2ND annual The Great Bend in the Hooch Trail Run –12 Miler / 5 Miler. The race will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 8AM EST to benefit the Chattahoochee River Conservancy.
Come on out to the one of the newest State Parks in Georgia and enjoy some of the most runnable undiscovered singletrack in the west Georgia area.
The course: 12 Miles or 5 Miles
Where: 425 Bob White Way, Newnan, GA 30263
Start time: 8 AM EST for 12 miler and 8:30AM EST for 5 miler
Awards: Overall Male and Female prize for each race
No transfers, refunds or deferments allowed.
Cost: 5 Miles $50/12 Miles $65
Pricing goes up to $65/5 Miler and $80 if you register after June 24.
Each runner will receive a race shirt and finisher award as well as loads of trail cred!
No guaranteed shirt size if you register less than 2 weeks from race day.
There may be no race day registration, so get it together and register soon. Please note: ALL runners must toe the line at 8:00AM SHARP for the 12 mile and 8:30AM SHARP for the 5 mile– there will be NO late starts! NO EXCEPTIONS.
