This is an incredible opportunity to explore our stunning venue, nestled in the scenic mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania.
This year, we anticipate an even larger turnout, with double the crowd expected. We've also partnered with exciting new vendors to offer even more diverse and unique services.
During the event, you'll have the chance to meet some of our handpicked vendors who are experts in making any occasion—from weddings and birthday parties to mitzvahs, corporate events, and non-profit gatherings—truly unforgettable. It's also an ideal time to schedule a walk-through with our in-house planner and discover how Great Bear can be the perfect setting for your event.
What sets Great Bear Golf Country Club apart is our flexibility. Unlike most banquet halls, we allow clients the unique option to bring their own food. Additionally, through our partnership with Miranda's Events, every event at Great Bear is elevated with upscale décor, including the option to select luxury centerpieces for an over-the-top experience. We offer more flexibility than most venues at the same level—no regrets with Great Bear!
We invite you to join us for this special occasion, meet the vendors, and explore our new $4500 venue rental packages or full décor starting at $8,500 for 100 guests. Most packages include catering, preferred vendor referrals, professionally styled events, in-house floral design, open bar, indoor or outdoor wedding ceremonies, BYOB catering, bridal suites, day-of coordination, bar packages, and more.

We welcome new professionals vendors to this exclusive event, with a limit of three vendors per specialty. Pre-register on Eventbrite to secure your spot and take advantage of this opportunity to connect with potential clients in a beautiful setting.
